Quick and easy, Billies Seasoned Garlic levels up your stir fry game and makes this dish a family favourite.

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken thighs 
  • ¼ cup cornflour 
  • 1 small head broccoli 
  • 1 carrot in strips 
  • ½ red pepper 
  • 1 courgette 
  • 1 small onion 
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms 
  • 1 tsp Billies Seasoned Garlic (or Seasoned Garlic Chilli for an extra wee kick)
  • 2 tsp olive or coconut oil 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • ½ cup sliced spring onions 

Instructions:

  • Cut up chicken toss in cornflour add to pan with oil and cook. 
  • Cut broccoli and capsicum into small pieces and add to the pan, along with the mushrooms, onion, courgette and carrot. 
  • Sprinkle with Seasoned Garlic and stir until vegetables are just cooked then drizzle over honey.
  • Toss through until the honey is melted and stir in spring onion. 

Notes:

  • Serve with rice for a quick, easy, tasty and delicious dinner.
